About

I'm Bea Santoro, and I’m a Face Yoga Coach and Yoga Teacher.

I help women over 50 to find a better shape in their face, creating a regular routine without using fillers or surgery.

The ultimate goal is to make them feel secure and be the best version of theirselves.


I am dedicated to helping others find balance and inner peace.
With almost a decade experience teaching yoga both in presence and online.

I specialize in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. Recently, I expanded my expertise with certifications in Face Yoga, Holistic Coaching, Mindfulness Meditation, and Postural Yoga Therapy.

I truly believe in the power of mindset and love guiding my students on a journey of self-discovery and wellness.

Beyond the mat, I love exploring the beautiful canals of Venice teaching also Voga Veneta with Row Venice, trying to convey the passion for our lagoon.

How everything started

Sometimes I felt uncomfortable with my face and body...

Then something happened that changed everything... sometimes we need a strong jolt to start a new path.

I started my yoga journey in 2003, then in 2014 I had a serious accident to my leg, I stayed 16 days in the hospital, two surgeries. 2 months of rehabilitation. The doctors were not sure if I would be able to walk properly again. I felt really unlucky and did not know how I would get out of it

During the time in the hospital, a friend of mine gave me the book "Biography of a Yogi" and this helped me change my mindset. After my recovery I decided to deepen my practice and study of Yoga... until today, where my training continues to delve into new aspects of this incredible world.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I PRACTICE?
Practice twice a day. In the morning makes us more aware of our expressions during the day and relax our face muscles, practicing in the morning can help break many bad habits. Practicing before bed halps to reset and relax the muscles of the body but also mind too, and to have a better sleep.

Daily practice, even for just 2 minutes is more effective than long session.

HOW SOON I’LL SEE RESULT?

Some people already after 1 day, After 2 weeks most people will see visible results. It depends allso from other habits with food, lifestyle…Changes in the body are easy to track, with a meter or with the weight…while changes in the face are not easily measurable. For this reason I recommend to take a BEFORE and AFTER phpto, to keep your self motivated.

The duration of a coaching engagement can vary based on individual goals and needs. Some clients find value in a few sessions focused on specific issues or challenges, while others may engage in longer-term coaching to achieve more substantial personal or professional transformations. Typically, a coaching relationship may last anywhere from a few months to a year or longer. It's essential to discuss your objectives and expectations with your coach to determine the best timeline for your coaching journey.

WHAT IF AFTER SOME MONTHS I STOP SEEING CHANGES?

Add more challenges, Increase the number of sets, hold the poses longer. Add different poses to your practice

CAN I PRACTICE IF I HAVE BOTOX?

Yes even if botox sUppresses facial muscle movements, and it will take some time to feel the movement. You can start exercise other areas of the face with no botox and slowly move to the area which has received the treatment.

DO I HAVE TO KEEP PRACTICING EVEN IF I ACHIEVED THE RESULTS?

Absolutely yes, it is like the body, you have to go on practicing, but with more practice you will be able to perform poses without the mirror, and while doing other things like cooking or ironing.

WHAT IF I FEEL PAIN OR DISCOMFORT?
